TEACHING FACULTY MEMBERS

Olivia Ostaszewskyj- PRINCIPAL

With 25 years of global experience in the entertainment industry principal Olivia Ostaszewskyj has a wealth of knowledge to share with her students.

Spending 9 years in Sydney with @grayboyent , working along side some of Australia's top choreographers she also had the privilege to work as the Entertainment and Marketing manager for @bluelinecruiseandtravel along with this she has also worked as the Entertainment Director for @sydneyshowboats @magisticcruises and Stealth Cruises.

With a marketing background, and a professional career in dance and modelling Olivia returned to Perth and founded her company @o_entertainment which is a creative entertainment agency that specialises in creating bespoke corporate entertainment.

Her ground roots were in technical genres but Olivia has found her passion in styles such as commercial jazz, heels and jazz/funk.

Olivia is excited to pass on this knowledge to her students and Welcomes the opportunity to share her love @empirecswa

Danielle Spaseski- PRINCIPAL

Growing up in Perth Danielle began dancing at the age of 3 and has continued this love affair with dance for over 35 years. As a teacher for DanceXpress under acclaimed Comdance examiner Mrs Marilyn Fisher for over 2 decades, Danielle has a strong foundation in technique but is absolutely driven for her students to possess more than just steps.

Holding a number of qualifications including a Graduate Certificate in Business from Curtin University her dancing accolades include @cstddance Theatrical & Tapping Full Diplomas | Blue Sash Award | Advanced Classical & Gold Cross Tap Award
She also has completed all the @royalacademyofdance Grades including the Grade 8 Award & her RAD Classical Advanced Foundation.

Danielle’s passion lies in the technical genres such as Ballet, Lyrical and Broadway Jazz.

Her international career took her to America and Europe 🌍 working with the highly prominent @royalcaribbean Cruise lines where she gained an abundance of knowledge from world class choreographers.

Along with her love of teaching, her love of performing presented work in numerous shows around Australia for such companies as @maxkay1836 Theatre restaurant, @bentkneecreative and Popcorn working with acclaimed choreographers such as Antoni Ginandjar from @thesquareddivision , @markopanzic , Tony Millet, @bernie.bernard and David Prudham to name a few.

Danielle was also the Principal Choreographer for @stmarysanglicangirlsschool graduation performances for over a decade and loves working with dancers of all ages and abilities.

Danielle is excited to have the opportunity to pass on her industry experience and knowledge to her new family at @empirecswa in a loving and fun environment!
